Two Clouds Away

By mixing multiple influences from Radiohead’s electro/pop to Tool’s progressive metal, through electro/indus sounds like Nine In Nails’, Two Clouds Away’s music is joining various and different genres.

It started with hard rock music and some touches of pop and prog (Two Clouds Away, End Of Martyrdom).

The last songs of the band are full of its main influences like  the Tin Hinan song, that represents the heavy and progressive way the band has chosen to go to. These sounds are sometimes completed with ambient tracks, flute and vocal harmonies.

At the end of a first set or recordings in 2007, that led to the release of a first EP, Two Clouds Away is preparing it’s second EP, recorded in better conditions. You can follow the making process in the 2009 EP section.

As Charlotte and Gwendal left in 2009, the band choose to focus on composing and recording new material, and  stopped looking for shows. In 2010, 2 songs made in home studio are released

  2. Nine Inch Nails
